Tea that will melt all the pounds.
 Do not be lazy,
the result will not keep you waiting
Ingredients
1.     
1.5L    boiling water
2.     
2 tbsp.    Coarsely
chopped fresh ginger
3.     
1 dec.      A spoonful of green leaf tea
4.     
2 tbsp.     Fresh lemon juice
5.     
1 dec.      Fresh
honey
Procedure 
- Mint is optional, but it is she
     who softens the spiciness of ginger
- Chop the ginger coarsely
- Combine all the ingredients in a
     thermos and pour boiling water over, close the thermos tightly and
     stir.  Leave to infuse for 30
     minutes and you can drink
 Recommend:  1.5 liters. 
drink tea throughout the day, although you can replace morning
coffee.  It is not advisable to drink
such tea before bedtime, since ginger has tonic properties, and green tea is
diuretic
